July 18, 2020 By Kevin | Just Start Investing

Free investing apps have taken the world by storm since Robinhood launched in 2013. It’s hard to remember, but free trading was largely unheard of back then, and Robinhood was a pioneer. However, since 2013, multiple new apps have launched, which I why I decided to do a comprehensive review of three of the biggest players: Webull vs Robinhood vs M1 Finance.

These investment apps largely cater to millennial investors thanks to their sleek trading platforms and low fees. Though, when diving deeper into Webull, Robinhood, and M1 Finance I found benefits that I wasn’t necessarily expecting, such as:

The 7 Best Real Estate Books for Investing

June 10, 2020 By Jeff Anzalone

One of the more popular Google searches today has to do with achieving financial freedom. Since real estate investing is often part of achieving financial freedom, it’s not uncommon for people to search for the best real estate books. I’ll give you my list in this post.

When I turned 40, we reached a debt-free status, which felt great for about….two weeks. As a periodontist, my life has been centered around setting and accomplishing goals.

After getting accepted into dental school then a residency, the next goal was starting a practice then eventually paying off student loan debt and our home.

So when I hit 40, I asked myself, “Hey self, what’s next?” At that time, we had only ONE income source coming in, and that was from the practice.

The Motley Fool Review: Is Their Stock Advisor Program Legit?

May 22, 2020 By Todd Kunsman from Invested Wallet

As you increase your interest in building wealth and investing, you might be looking to take your knowledge to the next level. And as you consistently work on your investing strategy and expand your interests, there will be more to understand and manage.

While I’ve never been into actively day trading stocks, I understand that individual stocks can make sense in certain portfolios.

Meaning, it’s fine to have some exposure to individual stocks, but they should only be a fraction of your overall portfolio to minimize risk.

What percent of individual stocks you have in your portfolio is a personal choice based on your goals and current finances. I like to look at it as being between 1-5% max of my portfolio.

Most people do not have the time or knowledge to research every potential investment or find great individual stocks that are out there. One option you have is to sign-up for The Motley Fool’s Stock Advisor program.

You can find a full Motley Fool Review below.
